仕事内容:
FORE ONE FIVE is Tokyo's first indoor golf speakeasy — an American-owned, reservation-only clubhouse in Nishiazabu built around a premium golf simulator, curated drink service, and a members-only social atmosphere. We're looking for a Store Associate to support daily floor operations and help create a great experience for every member who walks through the door. This role reports directly to the owner and works alongside the rest of the team.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Greet and host members, creating a warm, welcoming club atmosphere
- Provide drink and bar service for members and guests
- Support opening and/or closing procedures
- Restock beverages and basic supplies as needed
- Help maintain a clean, well-kept facility and simulator area
- Provide basic guidance to guests using the golf simulator
- Report any issues, maintenance needs, or guest feedback directly to the owner

勤務時間・曜日:
Up to 4 days/week, up to 5 hours/day (max 20 hours/week). Schedule to be arranged based on availability.
休暇・休日:
Paid annual leave granted per Japanese labor law: 7 days after 6 months of continuous employment (proportional grant based on 4 scheduled work days/week), increasing with tenure per the statutory schedule. Requires 80%+ attendance during the qualifying period.
勤務地:
- Sugishita Building, 1F, Room 101, 1-8-6 Nishiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
- This is a single-location position — no business trips or multiple work sites required.
- Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
アクセス:
Hibiya Line and Chiyoda Line accessible (approx. 12–15 minutes on foot from Roppongi or Hiroo Station).
給与:
- train fare covered in full (actual commuting costs reimbursed; does not apply to car, motorcycle, or bicycle commuting).
- Potential for commission-based incentive pay depending on sales performance — details to be discussed at interview.
