We are hiring Factory Workers / Machine Operators for an automotive glass manufacturing plant in Minami-ku, Kyoto.
This position is ideal for candidates looking for a stable manufacturing job in Japan. No previous factory experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Load automotive glass onto production machines
- Operate manufacturing equipment following work instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Transport completed products within the factory
- Support other production and manufacturing tasks as needed

- Able to work a rotating three-shift schedule
- Able to follow workplace safety rules and instructions

勤務時間・曜日:
Three-shift rotation:
- 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Each shift includes 7 working hours.
Workdays and days off are based on the factory calendar and shift schedule.
Overtime may be required depending on production needs. Overtime and late-night work are paid at ¥2,000 per hour.
