About the Role
You will lead electrical design, grid coordination, and technical execution across utility-scale renewable energy projects, working closely with stakeholders such as utilities, EPCs, and regulatory bodies.
Must-Have Requirements
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• 4+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in Japan’s electric power sector
• Solid experience in:
• Grid and substation design, grid interconnection applications
• Extra-high, high, and medium voltage systems
• Electrical design and EPC execution
• SCADA/EMS systems and utility coordination

• Engineering professionals with a track record in EPC or IPP environments
• Experience handling utility and government relationships (e.g., METI)
