•Serve as the lead point of contact for all automotive customers/ account management matters •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by broadly cover from executive level to a working level •Develop trusted relationships with key accounts’ stakeholders and executive sponsors •Ensure a timely and successful delivery of our solutions to customer needs & objectives •Understand and identify customer’s pain points and desires to propose our valuable solution in order to maximize MediaTek’s value •Clearly communicate the progress of bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders •Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas •Forecast and track key account metrics •Prepare regular reports on key account •Collaborate with sales/marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the regions •Make key account strategy by leveraging MediaTek’s capability
•15+ years of working experience in Semiconductor industry •Experience in working with J-OEMs, and T1s •Fluent Japanese and English speaker (Mandarin is a plus) with good communication and presentation skills •Experienced in a multicultural work environment •Requires frequent business travels (50%+) and customer visits •Strategic, Logical, neutral communication skills to persuade HQ and customers •Experienced strategic sales/marketing activities through CPU/GPU/SoC business and/or advanced technical standard promotion like high-speed interfaces, chiplets. •Proven Leadership, experience with direct responsibility for managing team, setting goals, and driving performance. •People Management: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees, including conducting performance evaluation and career development planning. •Experienced with various industries; automotive, smart phones, consumer electronics, and PCs.
