Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable business information by entering, updating, and verifying data across company systems. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, you’ll help ensure data integrity, support smooth daily operations, and assist with document preparation, error correction, and report generation. This role requires confidentiality, organization, and the ability to manage high volumes of information efficiently and accurately.
Job Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Data Updates: Manage and update reporting data in NetSuite.
- Routing Steps Verification: Ensure all PCS and ATI routing steps are up to date and send reminders to leaders for approval.
- BFI Status Log Updates: Update shipment tracking and manage incoming device data.
- Daily Production Reports – ATI & PCS: Review and consolidate data from ATI Receiving, Converting, QC, ATI Converting, ATI MacBook, C&G, Shipping, RMA, and PCS Inbound. Prepare and send these reports daily to management.
- ATI & PCS Summary and Weekly Reports: Prepare simplified versions of daily reports and weekly operational reports, including production tracking, planning, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate information for executives.
- US–International Commercial Planning Updates: Provide data that enables managers to define device utilization rules and optimize supervisor productivity.
- Data Transcription: Transcribe data from physical documents or other formats into digital systems (databases, spreadsheets).
- Office Equipment Usage: Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers.
