クライアント・サービス部は、グローバル・マーケッツ部門における顧客取引を支えるオペレーション機能を担っています。
取引開始前の確認や口座開設、受渡・清算照合、中央清算機関との決済対応に加え、店頭デリバティブや組成商品に関する顧客向け案内、時価評価の提供など、取引の前後にわたる幅広い業務を通じて、円滑なビジネス遂行を支えています。
フロント部門やコーポレート部門、海外拠点とも密接に連携しながら、顧客に対して高品質なサービスを提供することを目指しており、グローバルな環境で幅広い経験を積むことができる部署です。
Client Services Department serves as a key operational function supporting customer transactions within the Global Markets business. The department is responsible for a wide range of activities across the transaction lifecycle, including pre-trade checks, account opening, trade settlement and reconciliation, settlement processing with central clearing counterparties, client communications regarding OTC derivatives and structured products, and valuation reporting.
In addition, the department supports clients across both Head Office and branch locations, working closely with front-office and corporate functions to deliver high-value services. We also collaborate with overseas locations to drive the business forward from a global perspective.

アカウントマネジメントグループは、クライアント・オンボーディング、KYC、顧客データ管理の3つのセクションから構成され、グローバル・マーケッツ部門の顧客オンボーディング、KYC、顧客データ管理を担っています。
KYCセクションは、機関投資家顧客を対象に、本人確認（KYC）および継続的顧客管理を担当しています。定常的なオペレーションに加え、業務プロセスの標準化、運用改善に取り組み、正確性および効率性の高い業務運営を推進しています。インドの業務委託先、海外拠点、社内関係部署と連携しながら、グローバルな環境で顧客基盤を支える役割を担っています。KYCは、金融機関において今後も高い重要性が見込まれる業務であり、専門性を磨きながら着実にキャリアを積み重ねていける領域です。
The Account Management Group consists of three sections: Client Onboarding, KYC, and Client Data Management, and is responsible for client onboarding, KYC, and client data management for the Global Markets business.
The KYC Section is responsible for Know Your Client (KYC) and ongoing client due diligence for institutional clients. In addition to day-to-day operations, the Section is engaged in process standardization and operational improvement to promote highly accurate and efficient business execution. Working closely with our outsourcing partner in India, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders, the Section plays an important role in supporting the client base in a global environment.
