We are launching a new business focused on selling Japanese real estate to international high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
We are seeking a Project Leader candidate / Consulting Sales professional to join this new initiative.
This role goes beyond traditional brokerage sales. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting affluent clients with their real estate investment strategies in Japan.

High-net-worth individuals from North America, Europe, and Asia, including:

As this is a newly launched business, depending on business progress and individual performance, you may also be assigned to our existing business line (overseas real estate consulting for domestic high-net-worth clients).
■ Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Approach new and existing leads
- Conduct online meetings (primarily in English)
- Provide consulting-based real estate investment proposals
- Select suitable properties and prepare proposal materials
- Accompany clients during property visits in Japan
- Manage contract negotiations and closing
- Develop retention strategies for existing clients
- Plan and execute referral generation initiatives
- Manage customer relationships through CRM and collaborate with Customer Success teams

- 100% inbound sales (leads generated by our marketing team)
- High-value transactions (hundreds of millions of yen per deal)
- Primarily online meetings with international clients
- Small, high-performance team
■ Sales Targets
Individual Sales
We operate a 15-level sales ranking system.
Sales targets are assigned based on rank, and promotions or demotions adjust both targets and incentive structures.
This is a performance-driven environment where results are fairly rewarded.
Management
This role is positioned not only for short-term performance but also as a key contributor to long-term business growth.
Targets will be set individually to help develop management and strategic business perspectives.

Training System
Active sales professionals will directly support your development through:

Additional customized training will be provided based on individual needs and performance.
Leadership Development

Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 – ¥7,000,000 + Incentives
The annual salary is divided into 14 payments
(12 monthly payments + 2 bonus months).

Monthly Salary: ¥428,572 – ¥500,000
Base Salary: ¥317,062 – ¥380,990
Fixed Overtime Pay: Included (45 hours/month)
Fixed overtime allowance:
