You will be part of the logistics department, playing a key role in supporting Henkel’s consumer core operations

Develop and implement optimized inbound/outbound/import/export/return logistics process and efficiency

Hands on management of logistics activities (mainly export operation)

Transaction monitoring of SAP movement and error handling

Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damages, or customer service inquiries.

Cost management of warehouse activities (Purchase order creation and billing)

Supplier management of third-party logistics and freight forwarder

Analyzed logistics cost and improved operational process

Monitor KPIs such as shipping accuracy, lead times, and cost-to-serve, reporting regularly

More than 5 years’ experience of logistics, import and export

Basic understanding of trade conditions and manage import / export activities

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships.

Ability to analyze logistics data to identify trends and process improvements.

Business process analysis and process improvement

Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power point, teams and share point)

Written and oral communication of English and Japanese

Basic understanding of SAP

License of Registered Customs Specialist or Logistics Management (Grade 2)
