Product Owner, Automation (P3), Corporate Function, Solution Delivery

Working as a Product Owner in the Automation team will challenge you to work with multinational teams to deliver cutting edge solutions, across the multiple AXA companys in Japan.
This role will drive defining IT product roadmaps, using technologies including MS Power Platform, UIPATH, AI and OCR, and Anaplan, to name a few. Working with and learning a variety of products and techologies , you will drive project and product delivery using Agile development methods to solve business problems and improve productivity.

Define roadmaps and Deliver product and projects accordingly, for the Automation and Simplification team at AXA Japan
Lead Business Process Re-engineering designs, working with both developers and business end users.
Use data based process modeling to assess productivity both before and after process development
Help manage Team development backlog using an Agile methodology, including creating user stories, prioritization and scheduling
・Experience in business process re-engineering (BPR)
・Able to identify and drive process improvements, based on data metrics
・Be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements, working as an
・interface between functional and technical teams.
・Experience with UI Path, MS Power Automation, Machine Learning, OCR preferable but not required.
・Business English, Business Japanese language skills required
・Knowledge of using Agile development practices a plus
AXA Japanのオートメーションおよびシンプリフィケーションチームにおいて、ロードマップを定義し、それに基づいて製品やプロジェクトを提供します。 開発者とビジネスエンドユーザーの両方と協力して、ビジネスプロセス再設計のデザインをリードします。 データに基づくプロセスモデリングを使用して、プロセス開発前後の生産性を評価します。 アジャイル手法を用いてチームの開発バックログを管理し、ユーザーストーリーの作成、優先順位付け、スケジューリングを行います。
・ビジネスプロセス再設計（BPR）の経験
・データ指標に基づいてプロセス改善を特定し推進できる能力
・ビジネス要件を技術要件に翻訳できる能力（機能チームと技術チームの間のインターフェースとして）
・UI Path、MS Power Automation、機械学習、OCRの経験があれば望ましいが必須ではない
・ビジネス英語およびビジネス日本語のスキルが必要
・アジャイル開発実践の知識があれば尚可
【Salary】 Salary will be determined according to the company's regulations, based on current annual income, abilities, and experience.
