－ To perform the role of a senior management team member, taking responsibility for the growth, profitability and sustainability of the business unit through leadership, new business development, client management and service delivery.
－ Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objective.
－ Coordinate the strategic and operational management of Project Management
－ Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
－ 上級管理職として、リーダーシップ、新規事業開発、顧客管理、サービス提供を通じて、事業部門の成長、収益性、持続可能性に責任を持つ。
－ プロジェクト構想段階において、クライアントの全体的な目的を成功裏に達成するために採用できるさまざまなアプローチに関するアドバイスを提供するなど、戦略的なレベルで助言を行う。
－ プロジェクトマネジメントの戦略的・運営的管理の調整
－ 時間、コスト、技術、パフォーマンスパラメーターなど、プロジェクトの全体的な成功基準の確立を主導する。

【Qualifications】
－ Recognised university degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in data center, manufacturing plant, industrial project, Semi－conductor, Life Science Projects
【Requirements】
－ Membership in relevant professional organisations.
－ Strong relationships are developed with clients and cross－functional team members
－ Experience working in MNC companies will be an advantage, ability to thrive in a challenging and fast－paced environment.
－ Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross－selling opportunities, are identified and acted upon.
－ Native or Business level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese and English.
【応募条件】
－ データセンター、製造プラント、産業プロジェクト、半導体、ライフサイエンスプロジェクトにおいて15年以上の関連経験を有する方。
－ 関連専門機関の会員であること。
－ 顧客や部門横断的なチームメンバーと強い関係を構築できる。
－ MNC企業での勤務経験があれば尚可、チャレンジングでペースの速い環境で活躍できる方。
－ クロスセリングの機会を含め、既存および新規の顧客とのビジネス開発の機会を特定し、行動することができる。
－ 母国語またはビジネスレベルの日本語と英語の会話および文章能力
