Japan Business Services, Corporate IT is an engineering organization responsible for in-house development of business applications for Japan businesses. We are seeking engineers capable of handling the entire system development process, from design and development to operation and maintenance. In this position, you will be involved in multiple cross-functional projects as a key player in the largest securities business, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. You are expected to participate in and contribute to the business as an IT expert.
Nomura's technology teams proactively adopt the latest technologies and modern development tools. You can perform efficient development using global best practices. For example, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD are already widely used. The team consists of multinational members, and communication within the team is conducted in both Japanese and English. 社内ユーザー向けの Web アプリケーションの開発業務を担当していただきます。
- 開発チームの一員として、開発の全工程を担当し、適切な品質とスケジュールでシステムをデリバリーすることが責任となります。
- 自己の開発タスクの進捗と課題の管理、およびマネジメントへのレポートを行います。
- 将来的には開発リーダーを務めていただきます。
- サーバーの構築、テストの自動化、CI/CD パイプラインの構築も業務範囲に含まれます。
- リリース後の保守運用を同じチームで行います。
- L3 サポートとしてテクニカルサポートを行う必要があります。
- ビジネス部署やインフラ部署、関連システムの担当者と調整を行う必要があります。この際、日本語と英語の両方を使用します。
- 社外の協力会社との協業もあります。
- Responsible for developing web applications for internal users.
- As a member of the development team, you will oversee the entire development process and be responsible for delivering systems with appropriate quality and schedule.
- Manage progress and issues of your development tasks and report to management.
- You are expected to be a development leader in the future.
- Your scope of work will also include server setup, test automation, and CI/CD pipeline construction.
- Post-release maintenance and operations will be handled by the same team.
- Provide L3 technical support.
- Coordinate with business departments, infrastructure departments, and personnel in charge of related systems, using both Japanese and English.
- There will be collaboration with external partner companies.
