Native English Teacher (Fukuoka)
We are currently looking for a part-time native English-speaking teacher to join our team.
We are fortunate to have a strong team of native English teachers, so we are not in a rush to fill this position. We are looking for the right person who is passionate about teaching and committed to becoming part of our school.
Please note: This position is open only to native English speakers. If English is not your first language, we respectfully ask that you do not apply. This requirement is due to the needs and expectations of our students, many of whom study at an advanced level.
As we continue to grow, we are planning to expand our operations. We have recently opened additional locations and are currently seeking a teacher who is interested in working one or two days per week at our main school in Ohashi.
We welcome applications from qualified teachers who would like to join our energetic, supportive, and enthusiastic teaching team.
We use a structured curriculum for many of our lessons, and there are important teaching responsibilities that all instructors are expected to learn. Comprehensive training and teaching materials will be provided.
At the same time, we strongly encourage our teachers to bring their own creativity into the classroom. We value instructors who enjoy developing fun, engaging activities and finding new ways to teach and expand upon our existing lesson materials.
We are looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term relationship with our school. Applicants who plan to stay in Japan for only one or two years need not apply. If possible, applicants should have at least two years remaining on their current work visa. If your visa can be renewed or extended, that is also acceptable.
Classes: Kindergarten, elementary school students, junior/high school students, and adults
Teaching Load: Approximately 5–7 classes per day
Working Hours: Between 2:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Compensation
Transportation reimbursement: Up to ¥900 per day
Classes are 30–60 minutes each
Typical daily earnings are approximately ¥8,800–¥11,000
Upon successful completion of training and employment, you will receive a ¥5,000 training completion bonus.
