・シミュレーション技術を駆使したロバストな製法設計と製剤化技術構築

Enhancement of simulation techniques for formulation process
■Features of the Division
The Formulation Research Division, which mainly handles injectable products such as devices and solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules, is working to improve the sophistication and efficiency of its operations through the use of digital technology.
■Responsibilities
・Development of simulation technology and acquisition of the latest Information on various formulation processes of oral and injectable drugs
・Development of robust process design and formulation technologies using simulation technology
・Formulation and manufacturing method design with the aim of marketing

1) In the development of mid-molecular drug formulations, which is the focus of our company, various innovations are required due to their high molecular weight. While difficult, it is also a very challenging task.

・スケールアップ検討経験

■Must have (Experience)
・Practical experience in simulation using CAE analysis related to formulation unit operations
・Experience of scale-up study
・Experience of introducing/designing formulation equipment
■Must have (Skill / Knowledge / Ability)
・Knowledge of Chemical Engineering
・Knowledge of Oral Dosage Formulation Technology(Preferred)
・Knowledge of machine learning(Preferred)
・Capability to communicate in English with overseas affiliates and other companies to promote business operations
