Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
In this role, you will support front desk and guest services operations, assist guests throughout their stay, and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized resort environment.
JOB OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized guest service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
- Respond to guest inquiries, handle requests, and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Support guest transportation within the village or resort area as needed
- Assist with luggage handling and provide in-room check-in guidance when required
- Offer recommendations on local activities, dining options, and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and public areas
- Collaborate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams
- Assist during emergencies and support guest safety and security procedures
- Perform additional operational support tasks, including onsen cleaning, snow clearing, and general facility assistance as required
Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
REQUIREMENTS
【Must】
- Experience
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or other guest-facing roles
- Experience dealing directly with customers and responding to inquiries or requests
- Experience driving vehicles safely and responsibly in a professional or daily driving context
- Education and Qualification
- Valid working visa in Japan
- Valid Driver’s License (Japanese, international, or foreign driver’s license with an official Japanese Translation)
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues calmly and professionally
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to shift schedules.
- Language Skills
- Business level or above in English

- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality, demonstrated through a friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues

- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, front desk, concierge, or guest services
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Ability to operate vehicles punctually and reliably according to schedules
- Education and Qualification
- Education or training related to hospitality, tourism, or service industries
- Skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when required
- Basic computer skills (reservation systems, internal communication tools, etc.)
- Language Skills
- Conversational level or above in Japanese
- Competencies

- Interest in winter tourism, resort operations, and Japanese culture
Employment Terms and Condition
Contract Period & Renewal
- Contract Period: 11/16/2026 - 3/31/2027
- Contract renewal: Applicable

- Employee’s work performance and attitude.
- Company’s business demands.
Duty, Work Location & Scope of Changes
- Duty: may be changed as determined by the company
- Initial Work Location: one of the company’s properties in Niseko Area, Hokkaido
- Scope of changes: company properties in Niseko Area, Rusutsu or Furano.
- Training may be conducted at other location.
- Employees may be required to work at different properties based on operational needs.
- The initial assignment will be determined by the company.
Commuting & Workplace policy
- Private Vehicle Commuting: Not permitted
- Measures to prevent passive smoking: indoor smoking prohibited
Working hours, Days off & Overtime
- Working hours / Shift schedule: Up to 8 hours between 06:00 to 22:00
- Days off: two days off per week (based on shift schedule)
- Overtime: Yes
- Monthly Average Overtime Hours: 10 hours per month
- 36-Article Agreement (overtime): Applicable (Due to seasonal factors and a high concentration of orders from general customers, periods of increased workload are expected)
Salary Package / Benefit
- Salary: 1,500 yen / per hour
