- コーヒー・ティーの抽出と提供（ラテアート含む、品質の一貫性を重視）/ Prepare and serve coffee and tea to a high, consistent standard, including latte art
- 会員への丁寧なフロアサービス、オーダー対応／Warm, attentive floor service and order-taking
- メニューや豆の産地・特徴のご案内／Sharing menu, origin, and flavour knowledge with members
- 夕方のワイン・ドリンクサービスのサポート（グラス売り）/ Support with afternoon/evening wine and beverage service (by the glass)
- 開店・閉店業務、在庫補充、バー・客席の清掃／Opening/closing, restocking, and maintaining a pristine bar and seating area

横浜みなとみらいのプレミアムワークスペース「The Executive Centre」で、スペシャルティコーヒーを提供するバリスタを募集します。一般的なカフェとは異なり、土日祝休み・夜勤なしの安定したシフトで、落ち着いた会員制ラウンジ環境です。同じビル内で働くビジネス会員の「毎日の一杯」を担う、地域に根ざしたポジションです。本格的なエスプレッソマシンとスペシャルティ豆を使い、技術を磨ける環境が整っています。
メインはバリスタ業務ですが、夕方にかけてのワインやドリンクのサービスにも携わる場面があります。バーテンディングの経験がある方、または今後その分野にも挑戦したい方を歓迎します。
英語を使う場面もありますが、流暢である必要はありません。国内外のビジネス会員をお迎えする、グローバルな職場です。
We are looking for a skilled, personable Barista to join The Executive Centre in Minato Mirai, Yokohama — a premium members' workspace, not a high-street café. You'll be the daily coffee destination for the professionals working in the building, in a calm, refined lounge environment (weekends and public holidays off, no late nights), using professional espresso equipment and specialty coffee.
This is primarily a barista role, with some exposure to afternoon-into-evening bar service (wine and beverages, served by the glass). Bartending experience is a plus, and we welcome candidates keen to develop that side over time. English is an asset, not a requirement — you'll be welcoming a global community of business members.

求める人材:
応募資格 / Requirements
- ホスピタリティ、カフェまたはバーでの実務経験（目安2年程度、経験が浅い方も応相談・研修あり）/ Hospitality, café, or bar experience (around 2 years preferred — less experienced candidates considered, training provided)
- エスプレッソマシンの操作・ミルクスチーミングの経験／Experience with espresso machines and milk steaming
- ドリンク提供への意欲（経験があれば尚可）/ Interest in bar/beverage service (experience a plus)
- 丁寧で温かい接客ができる方／Warm, guest-focused service mindset
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション（英語ができれば尚可）/ Japanese communication skills (English a plus)
勤務時間・曜日:
シフト制、基本土日祝休
給与:
固定残業代あり：月給 ￥250,000 〜 ￥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代￥31,250〜￥35,000（20時間相当分）を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
