Cleaning and housekeeping work for furnished residences operated by HIVEN Stay & Residence.
Main duties include:
- Cleaning guest rooms and furnished apartments
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, bedrooms, and living areas
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Replacing towels and guest amenities
- Taking out and sorting garbage and recyclables
- Checking furniture, appliances, and room equipment
- Reporting damaged or missing items
- Restocking cleaning supplies and amenities
- Performing a final room check after cleaning
Most guests stay for several weeks or longer, so the work is different from fast-paced daily hotel room cleaning.
