職務概要
製造エンジニアリングチームに加わる設備整備士(主任技術者)を募集しています。
このポジションでは、生産設備のメンテナンス、トラブルシューティング、および継続的改善活動をサポートすることで、設備の安定稼働に貢献していただきます。オペレーションおよび関連部門と密に連携し、生産ラインの維持と現場スタッフのサポートにおいて重要な役割を担っていただきます。
実務経験を活かせる現場志向のポジションであり、問題解決、チームワーク、新しいシステムや技術の習得を楽しめる方に最適です。
主な業務内容
- 生産設備のメンテナンス、整備、トラブルシューティングのサポート
- 設備トラブルへの対応および迅速な解決に向けたチームとの連携
- 根本原因の特定および再発防止策の提案への貢献

Job Summary
We’re looking for a Fitter (Lead Technician) to join our manufacturing engineering team.
In this role, you’ll help keep our production equipment running smoothly by supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. You’ll work closely with operations and cross-functional teams, playing a key role in keeping production on track and supporting colleagues on the floor.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with others, and learning new systems and technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Support maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of production equipment
- Respond to equipment issues and work with teams to resolve them quickly
- Help identify root causes and contribute ideas to prevent repeat issues
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Automation teams to share knowledge and updates
- Complete preventative maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with GMP standards
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture
- Participate in training and cross-training to build your skills across equipment
What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with mechanical equipment or a strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (ideally 3 years, but open to different backgrounds)

- Flexibility to support shift work, including occasional overtime when required
