As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering cloud and hybrid solutions that help customers modernize their workplace. You’ll work across complex projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and be a trusted technical partner for our customers throughout their cloud journey.
Key responsibilities:

Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with customer requirements and project objectives

Create architecture and solution designs that support modern workplace, security, and collaboration outcomes

Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 environments and associated technologies

Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle

Maintain strong customer relationships while staying current with emerging cloud, mobility, and security technologies
What we need to see from you:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Japan, with professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) and English communication skills appropriate to the requirements of the role.

Experience delivering IT solutions in enterprise-scale or Systems Integrator environments

Solid experience with on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations (e.g. Google Workspace to Microsoft 365)

Hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Skype for Business

Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions (e.g. Intune, AIP, ATP, DLP)

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migration tools (e.g. BitTitan or Quest) and Enterprise Mobility & Security (EM+S) solutions
