Essential Job Functions
- Manage, update, and maintain the global pricing database
- Facilitate the completion of Global Air and Ocean RFQ’s
- Manage, update, and maintain the Global Marketing database
- Support all Global Sales Team members with pricing inquiries
- Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members
- Manage, update, and maintain the Corporate Sales and Marketing SharePoint site
- Facilitate and support the corporate branding initiatives globally.
- Other duties as assigned
Other Skills/Abilities
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Mastery of Microsoft Word
- Other software skills as needed such as Visio, Access, Outlook etc.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5- 7 years of RFQ Management required
- 3-5 years of Pricing Database Management required
- Minimum 5 years of Global Airfreight and Ocean Freight Pricing experience required
- Oil, Gas, Energy logistics proposal experience preferred
- 3-5 years statistical analysis experience
Certifications and Licenses
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
