We are seeking a Network Operations Engineer to support the day-to-day operation of a large enterprise network environment. This role focuses on maintaining network stability, troubleshooting incidents, implementing approved changes, and ensuring reliable infrastructure performance.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and data center network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues in Cisco environments.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, configuration changes, and software upgrades.
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using an ITSM platform.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, IP address records, and network diagrams.
- Support network infrastructure improvements and collaborate with internal technical teams.
- Coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers when required.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise network operations experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
- Experience with VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and ACLs.
- Experience administering Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
- Experience with network monitoring tools is preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and network security best practices.
- CCNA required. CCNP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Business-level Japanese and conversational English are required.
