Bring big ideas to life and manage high-impact content initiatives from start to finish. As a Content Creation Producer, you'll lead the production process for everything from photography and video shoots to catalog production and image assets. You'll ensure all creative work is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations and brand standards.
This role blends creative oversight with structured project leadership. You will manage the full production lifecycle: from scoping and scheduling to execution, quality assurance, and delivery. You’ll coordinate with internal creatives, external vendors, and account teams to turn concepts into real-world deliverables while proactively identifying challenges, solving problems, and keeping projects running smoothly.
You'll have autonomy in day-to-day production decisions, while working closely with Project Managers on broader timelines, risk management, and strategic alignment.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage full-cycle content production projects (print, image, video, and catalog)
- Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and assign production resources
- Oversee daily production operations, proactively solving problems as they arise
- Coordinate with designers, writers, photographers, CGI artists, and vendors
- Manage internal workflows and WBS documentation to track progress
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines
- Draft and manage SOWs, vendor costs, and production timelines
- Partner with Creative, Account, and PM teams to align on goals and execution
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in content or creative production
- Strong understanding of production processes (print, photography, video)
- Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Business-level English and native-level Japanese preferred
- Experience with web projects or the automotive industry is a plus

コンテンツ制作プロデューサーとして、写真撮影、ビデオ制作、カタログ制作、画像アセットの開発など、幅広いコンテンツ制作をリードし、プロジェクトの立ち上げから納品までを一貫して管理していただきます。クリエイティブな視点とプロジェクトマネジメントスキルの両方が求められるこのポジションでは、社内のクリエイティブチームや外部ベンダー、アカウントチームと連携しながら、クオリティの高い成果物を納期通り・予算内で提供していきます。
日々の制作判断には大きな裁量が与えられ、プロジェクトマネージャーと連携しながらスケジュールやリスク管理、戦略的整合性も担保していきます。

仕事内容
- 印刷物・画像・ビデオ・カタログ制作の全体プロジェクト管理
- スコープ定義、スケジュール・予算策定、リソースアサイン
- デザイナー、ライター、フォトグラファー、CGアーティスト、外部ベンダーとの連携
- WBS・進捗管理・タスク整理とドキュメント整備
- 品質保証、ブランドガイドラインとの整合性チェック
- SOW作成、ベンダーとの見積確認、予算・納期管理
- プロジェクトマネージャーやアカウントチームと連携してゴール達成をサポート
応募資格
- 大卒以上、コンテンツまたはクリエイティブ制作での3年以上の実務経験
- 印刷・写真・映像制作に関する知識や実務経験
- InDesign、Photoshop、Illustrator、Jira、MS Project、Confluenceなどの使用経験
- 英語（ビジネスレベル）と日本語（ネイティブレベル）の優れたコミュニケーションスキル
- 自動車業界の経験やWebプロジェクト経験があれば尚歓迎
