What will you be doing
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Manager to support data management, reporting, and process optimization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of client deliverables.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data pipelines, databases, and reporting systems
- Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python
- Develop and maintain automated reports
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data requirements
- Improve data quality and implement data validation processes
- Use VBA to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Document data processes and ensure compliance with internal standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL (data extraction and manipulation)
- Python (data processing and analysis)
- VBA (automation and Excel-based solutions)
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Business-level Japanese (preferred / required depending on location)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any AI tools to write codes
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience working in multinational teams
