- Understand client requirements

【求人について】
日本を代表する医療機器メーカーにて、長期的かつ拡張性の高い業務に携わる機会があります。
新規事業のため、コアメンバーとして会社の成長に大きく貢献することになります。
組み込みC言語プログラミングの実務経験が3年以上ある方が対象となります。マイコン制御、センサー
制御、モーター制御、CPU関連のソフトウェア設計の経験が必須となります。
積極的でエネルギッシュ、前向きな考え方を持ち、共同作業や技術革新に意欲的な人材を求めています。
また、日本語の読み書きができ、英語のバイリンガルであることが求められます。
【必須要件】
- C言語プログラミング経験3年以上
- ソフトウェア仕様書作成経験・組み込みソフトウェアプログラミング経験
- MCU/SoC上でのOS/RTOSを使用した組込みソフトウェア設計・開発経験
- SPI、I2C、CAN、Ethernet、USBなどの通信プロトコルの深い理解
- OSの概念、マルチスレッドアプリケーション、IPCメカニズム、スケジューリング、メモリ管理に関
する十分な理解
- ボードの立ち上げと診断に関するハードウェアの基本的な知識
- JTAG、SWDなどのハードウェアデバッグツールやインターフェイスの使用経験
【歓迎要件】
- 医療製品開発に関する規制基準およびガイドラインに精通していること
（IEC62304 / IEC62366 /IEC60601-1-6 / ISO14971）
【語学力】
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（会話、読解、文書作成など）
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル、または日本語能力試験N2相当以上

【About the recruitment】
An opportunity is available with a leading Japanese medical device company for a long-term and
scalable engagement. As this is a new business, the selected candidate will become a core member,contributing significantly to the company's growth.
The ideal candidate should have over three years of hands-on experience with Embedded C
programming. Experience in microcontroller control, sensor control, motor control, and software design related to CPUs is essential. We seek individuals who are proactive, energetic, and possess a positive mindset, eager to collaborate and innovate.
Additionally, the candidate must have strong reading and writing skills in Japanese and be bilingual in English.
【Must Have】
- More than 3 years of experience in C language programming
- Experience in creating software specifications, Experience in embedded software programming
- Experience in embedded software design and development using OS/RTOS on MCU/SoC’s.
- In-depth understanding of different communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB etc.
- Good understanding of OS concepts, multithread applications, IPC mechanisms, scheduling and memory management
- Basic knowledge of Hardware with respect to board bring-up and diagnostics.
- Experience with hardware debugging tools and interface like JTAG, SWD.
【Good to Have】
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical product development
(IEC62304, IEC62366, IEC 60601-1-6, ISO 14971)
【Language Skill】
- English - Business-level proficiency (conversation, reading, writing, etc.)
- Japanese - Native level, or JLPT N2 or above
(Good communication, reading, writing and presentation skills required)
