The role involves technically investigating and verifying that security requirements which defined in design are properly implemented. This includes assessing security measures such as network segregation, encryption, privilege escalation controls, encryption and data masking to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Verify that security requirements are properly implemented in systems and infrastructure.
- Identify and assess security vulnerabilities and gaps.
- Provide clear recommendations for improving security controls.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to address security issues effectively.
- Document findings and report to stakeholders regularly.
Specific Activities:
- Conduct technical investigations on security controls such as network segmentation, encryption, privilege management, and data masking.
- Evaluate the severity and impact of identified vulnerabilities and prioritize them accordingly.
- Implement remediation measures, followed by re-evaluation and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and recommend specific, actionable security enhancement strategies, including implementation plans and resource estimates.
- Conduct audits and reviews to verify that security controls align with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication and information sharing among teams to ensure effective implementation of security measures and best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation of security findings and provide regular reports to stakeholders to keep them informed about security status and issues.
【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】
・Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in security assessments and penetration testing
・ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate security controls and identify vulnerabilities.
・ Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
・ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
・ High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
・ Experience in security assessments, audits, or as a penetration tester is highly desirable
・ Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS.
・ Relevant certifications such as, CEH, Security+ or equivalent are preferred.
・ Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving security threats.
・ Business English / Business Japanese required.
