Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives aligned with Lenovo’s business goals.

Translate business requirements and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.

Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive trends to drive innovation.

Develop and maintain long-term product strategies that support growth and customer satisfaction.
Product Backlog Management
-
Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog.

Create and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
-
Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and operational requirements.

Ensure development teams are always working on the highest-value initiatives.
Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions.

Collaborate closely with executives, business leaders, engineering teams, UX designers, marketing, sales, and customer support.

Align diverse stakeholder expectations while maintaining focus on strategic priorities.

Facilitate decision-making through effective communication and influence.
Agile Delivery & Execution

Partner with Scrum Masters and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Provide timely clarification of requirements and acceptance criteria during development cycles.

Support release planning and go-to-market activities.
Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Define and monitor KPIs, product health metrics, and business outcomes.

Conduct user research and collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer challenges.

Use quantitative and qualitative data to drive prioritization and investment decisions
Product Lifecycle Management

Manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept to retirement.

Evaluate product performance and recommend enhancements or optimization opportunities.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance, security, privacy, and quality standards where applicable.
