仕事内容:
1. Position Overview
As a Logistics Operation Associate at the Japan subsidiary of a global luxury brand, you will be
responsible for supporting the operations of the logistics department. This position plays a key role in
supporting the brand's smooth supply chain through coordination with the headquarters in Korea,
import cargo management, 3PL (external warehouse) management, and participation in new projects.
2. Key Responsibilities
① 3PL Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
● Instruct and manage tasks at contracted warehouses, handling overall warehouse operations
(including inbound/outbound instructions, value-added services, and inventory control).
● Manage domestic shipping, returns, and store-to-store transfers.
● Place orders and manage inventory for packaging and POS materials.
● Monitor data integration and perform inventory reconciliation between the WMS and internal POS
systems.
● Manage inventory and inbound/outbound operations for hazardous goods (fragrances, etc.).
● Participate in warehouse-related logistics projects.
② Import, Customs, & Delivery Operation
● Prepare and organize necessary documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.) for shipping and
customs clearance of import cargo.
● Maintain smooth communication with forwarders and delivery destinations.
● Monitor shipping status until cargo arrives at the warehouse, handling troubleshooting as needed.
● Manage and file import customs duties and consumption tax data.
③ SCM & Logistics Data, KPI, & Process Improvement
● Collect and analyze data related to logistics and the supply chain.
● Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with contracted warehouses and forwarders.
● Propose and execute process improvements.
● Respond promptly to issues and obstacles, providing effective solutions.

【Required Qualifications】
● 2 Years of practical experience in logistics, inventory control, or trade/import-export
administration.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (understanding of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc., or a strong willingness
to learn).
● Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate smoothly with internal
and external stakeholders.
● Learning Agility: Proactive approach to adopting new tools (such as AI) to streamline workflows.
● Accountability: Ability to take full ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks.
