DRS Automotive Solutions Japan K.K. is establishing a long-term presence in Japan as part of its global operations across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with automotive dealerships, dealer groups, and OEMs in Japan. This role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, and commercial responsibility in a fast-growing environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing relationships with automotive dealers and OEMs

Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

Identifying opportunities and driving additional business

Following up consistently on meetings and proposals

Coordinating repair projects with internal teams (Project Managers and Operations)

Supporting on-site visits, vehicle assessments, and project setup
-
Ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams

Monitoring project progress and customer satisfaction
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who takes ownership of customer relationships and ensures successful project execution from start to finish.

5–10+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer-facing roles

Experience in the automotive industry (dealers, OEMs, suppliers, or related) is preferred
