仕事内容:
- インフルエンサーへのアプローチ: コラボレーションやパートナーシップに向けたインフルエンサーへの連絡、交渉、キャンペーンの管理
- SNSの成長サポート: InstagramやTikTokなどの公式アカウントの運用およびフォロワー・エンゲージメントの拡大
- ブランディング支援: すべてのプラットフォームで一貫した、統一感のあるブランドイメージの構築と維持のサポート
- トレンドリサーチ: ファッション業界における最新のデザイントレンド、SNSトレンド、デジタルマーケティング戦略の調査
- 効果測定: インフルエンサーキャンペーンの実施結果の追跡および分析
求める人材:必須条件:
- ファッション、ブランディング、SNS（特にInstagram・TikTok）に強い興味・関心がある方
- InstagramやTikTokの基本的な仕様やトレンドを理解している方
- 基本的なコミュニケーション能力、リサーチ力、組織対応力のある方

勤務時間・曜日 / 休暇・休日:
- 勤務曜日: 月曜日〜金曜日（土曜日・日曜日は休み）
- 柔軟性: 完全在宅勤務（リモートワーク）。勤務日数や時間帯は柔軟に対応可能です。

We are a young, contemporary women’s fashion brand based in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence and support our brand marketing efforts. This role focuses heavily on social media growth, influencer outreach, and branding initiatives.
Job Description (仕事内容)
- Influencer Outreach: Contact and coordinate with influencers for collaborations, partnerships, and campaign management.
- Social Media Growth: Actively help grow and manage our Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts.
- Branding Support: Assist with brand development, keeping a consistent and cohesive brand style across all platforms.
- Trend Research: Research current fashion and social media trends, as well as digital marketing strategies.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor and check the performance results of influencer campaigns.
Requirements (求める人材)Minimum Qualifications:
- A strong interest in fashion, branding, and social media.
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok.
- Basic communication, research, and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Language: English or Korean speakers are highly preferred (proficiency in either language may qualify you for higher pay).
- Experience: Past experience in fashion, social media marketing, marketing, or influencer outreach.
