About Zespri
Zespri is a New Zealand-based company that connects kiwifruit growers to consumers around the world. As the world’s largest marketer of kiwifruit, we manage everything from quality standards and supply chain to branding and sales across more than 50 global markets.
About the role
This role plays a key part in ensuring Zespri delivers consistently high-quality fruit (or capability/people/etc. depending on role) to global markets. It works closely with growers, partners, and internal teams to coordinate processes, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly.
This role will help make sure the right things happen at the right time so Zespri can deliver premium fruit and results to customers worldwide.

求める人材:
With a strong technical foundation and a passion for quality, you thrive in roles where you can combine data, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar commercial or supply chain role
- Strong data management capability (Excel or equivalent tools) and a structured, analytical approach
- Experience working with quality systems, compliance, or technical processes (food/agriculture experience preferred)
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- A valid Japanese driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
- A proactive, improvement-focused approach with strong communication and decision-making skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification
勤務時間・曜日:
Weekly Hours - 9.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
Based in the office with regular travel and opportunity to work from home when needed
