仕事内容:
We currently have open positions across Japan.Responsibilities:
→ Coaching individuals on specific English skills and providing high quality feedback for improvement;
→ Going through role play scenarios with clients;
→ Writing feedback reports for coaching counsellors;
→ Meeting and reporting to the school's management;
求める人材:
Qualifications:
→ Native or fluent English speaker;
→ Coaching experience required as well as giving specific feedback;
→ Enjoys coaching and helping professionals improve their skill;
→ Responsible and diligent;
→ Computer literate as classes are held online
→ Knowing Japanese is a great plus but not required.You're expected to:
→ Work online for 30 minutes per client on Saturdays and occasionally evenings.
→ Be on time;→ Be open-minded and patient to deal with different cultures;
→ Have good teamwork.
