This role is suitable for a hands-on technical engineer with experience implementing and customizing Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Teams, Office, Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. They will join a global team delivering this technology at enterprise scale across the Nomura group of companies, with full accountability for product design, architecture and deployment.

Working within the global Messaging and Collaboration product delivery organization, this role reports locally to the head of our Productivity Suite team based in Tokyo, Japan.
- High level responsibilities include understanding and prioritizing requests from our business users, maintenance of product strategy roadmaps, and delivering value by enhancing productivity for our internal customers with optimal cost.
- This position spans multiple product technologies, so general Windows and server platform engineering skills are also important.
- Flexible working hours are available and often necessary in order to become an integral part of this multi-platform global engineering team.
