本ポジションでは、ロボティクスおよび自動化製品の開発プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクト全体の実行計画をリードし、ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、テスト、外部パートナーを含む関係者と連携しながら、開発から検証までの円滑な推進を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容
・開発スケジュール、リソース、成果物を管理し、プロジェクト計画に基づいた実行を推進する
・ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、テストチームと連携し、要件分析、機能統合、検証準備を調整する
・開発進捗、課題、リスクを可視化し、必要に応じて関係者へのエスカレーションおよび意思決定を支援する
・定期的なプロジェクト会議を主導し、アクションアイテム、期限、担当者を明確に管理する
・バージョン管理、課題管理、変更管理の仕組みを整備し、プロジェクト運営の透明性と再現性を高める
・外部ベンダーおよび技術パートナーとの連携を管理し、納期、品質、技術課題の解決を推進する
In this role, you will lead the execution plan for robotics and automation product development projects. You will work closely with software, hardware, testing teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution from development through validation.
Key responsibilities
・Lead the execution of project plans, including development schedules, resource coordination, and deliverables management
・Coordinate with software, hardware, and testing teams to drive requirements analysis, functional integration, and validation readiness
・Track project progress, issues, and risks, and support escalation and decision-making with relevant stakeholders
・Lead regular project meetings and clearly manage action items, owners, and deadlines
・Establish and improve mechanisms for version control, issue tracking, and change management to ensure project transparency and repeatability
・Manage external vendors and technology partners to drive schedule adherence, quality, and resolution of technical issues
必須要件 / Must-have Requirements
・技術プロジェクト管理、製品開発プロジェクト管理、またはエンジニアリング関連のプロジェクト推進における5年以上の実務経験
・ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、テストなど、複数の技術チームと連携してプロジェクトを推進した経験
・開発スケジュール、成果物、課題、リスク、関係者を管理し、プロジェクトを計画に沿って進めた経験
・部門横断チームとの要件整理、進捗管理、課題解決、合意形成をリードできるコミュニケーション能力
・日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・グローバルチームとの協働経験
・工学、情報工学、電子工学、または関連分野の学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験
・5+ years of experience in technical project management, product development project management, or engineering-related project execution
・Experience driving projects in collaboration with multiple technical teams, including software, hardware, and testing
・Experience managing development schedules, deliverables, issues, risks, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
・Strong communication skills to lead requirements clarification, progress tracking, issue resolution, and alignment across cross-functional teams
・Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Experience working with global teams
・Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

・Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid development processes
・Knowledge of EVT, DVT, PVT, design reviews, validation processes, or transition to mass production
・Business communication skills in Chinese
