仕事の内容
保険事故に関わる車両等の損害調査業務をお任せします。
具体的には、事故車両が入庫した修理工場等を訪問し、専門知識を活かして関係者と打ち合わせし、修理費の調整を行います。
事故と損傷箇所に整合性があるかを確認し、事故とは無関係な損傷を見極め、適正な修理範囲や修理方法を的確に提案していきます。
専門性が非常に高く、自動車工学、関連する法律や損害評価などの知識も身につけたプロフェッショナルとして成長出来ます。
また、社会の安全と安心の一端を担える、やりがいのあるお仕事です。
修理工場等で自動車整備の経験があり、コミュニケーション力の高い方が活躍しています。

必要とされるスキル・経験
【必須】自動車整備士の資格をお持ちの方
普通自動車第一種運転免許（AT限定可）・・・社有車で修理工場等を訪問していただきます。
【尚可】
・技術アジャスター資格（見習・初級・3級・2級・）・・・業務を行うための必須資格になりますが、未資格者の方に対しては入社後に見習試験合格に向けた研修を実施するともに、受験勉強に専念できる環境を用意します。
・ディーラーや整備工場での修鈑金理見積・フロント業務経験
・損害保険登録鑑定人資格（3級・2級・1級）
・損害保険会社勤務経験
・損害保険に関わる業務経験（代理店、調査会社など）
勤務条件
【雇用形態】正社員(期間の定めなし)
【給与】採用時想定年収 430万円～570万円 ※経験者はスキルに応じて更に優遇、固定月給 30万円以上（固定残業代含む/固定残業代の相当時間：42.0時間/月）、賞与年一回支給
【就業時間】9時～17時 所定労働時間7時間 残業が発生する場合あり
【通勤手当】会社規定に基づき支給
【休日】土日祝、年末年始（12/30～1/3）
【有給休暇】初年度入社直後に5日もしくは10日（入社月による）、最高付与日数20日
毎年4月に年次有給休暇に加えて特別付加有給休暇7日を付与
2024年有給休暇取得日数：平均23日

【その他】フレックスタイム制度（コアタイム無し）、リモートワーク制度、標準的福利厚生制度（ベネフィットステーション等）

【転勤】有、希望勤務地制度に従って、希望勤務エリア内または全国への転勤を選択することができます。
・希望勤務地制度は、北海道から沖縄まで日本全国を11の勤務エリアに区分し、その中から希望勤務エリアを選択し、そのエリア外へ転勤することなく、希望する地域に根付いてキャリアを築いていく制度です。
・希望勤務エリアは、育児や介護といった個人の様々な事情やライフステージの状況に応じて変更を申請することが可能です。

直行直帰について
入社後、技術アジャスターとして一定期間経験を積んだ後は、ご自宅から修理工場へ直行直帰が可能。出社も週1～2回程度と時間を有効活用しながら裁量を持って取り組んでいただけます。慣れ親しんだエリアや希望のエリアをホームに、社会に貢献できる働き方です。
