HavenJapan is a premium private tour company specializing in high-end, fully customized day trips for international guests in Japan. We are looking for professional English-speaking guides to deliver exceptional private tour experiences.
Main duties include:
- Leading private day tours for international guests (Tokyo, Hakone, Kamakura, Nikko, etc.)
- Picking up and dropping off guests and accompanying them throughout the day
- Providing clear explanations, cultural insights, and local knowledge in English
- Adapting itineraries based on guest interests, pace, and preferences
- Ensuring guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction at all times
- Representing HavenJapan professionally and maintaining a high service standard
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, guiding, sales, or any role involving direct client interaction.

Required skills / qualifications:
- Valid Japanese driving license
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with international guests
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Legal authorization to work in Japan
勤務時間・曜日:
Working Hours
- Customer pick-up at 8:30 AM
- Customer drop-off at 6:00 PM
- Break: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (2 hours)
- Actual working time: approximately 7.5 hours per day
