What this job involves:
This position provides outstanding Move, Add, Change (MAC) services and workplace management support for a leading multinational technology client focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. You will proactively monitor and manage onsite client account activities, including move coordination, daily services, and CAD operations to update office layouts. This role contributes directly to JLL's business objectives by delivering exceptional facilities management services that exceed client expectations while supporting their commitment to creating inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage direct and indirect staff in delivering onsite MAC services according to Service Level Agreements
\• Coordinate moves by ensuring space readiness, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing construction work and quality control
Operate CAD systems to draw layouts based on client requirements and update office layout maps promptly
Handle workplace management including headcount validation, seat planning, and individual move coordination
Manage daily services requests including furniture, repairs, movement, and ergonomic requests through end-to-end program management
Provide emergency and non-emergency response support for MAC-related incidents with thorough reporting and resolution
Collaborate with Space Planning, Design & Construction teams, and Operations/Strategy teams for seamless coordination

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in facilities management, MAC coordination, and project management
CAD operation skills for updating and revising office layouts
Excellent people skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse client and vendor staff
Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
Ability to work across multiple matrix reporting environments and prioritize activities accordingly
Self-motivated, confident, and energetic approach to work
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing situations and handle stressful environments

Familiarity with Facility Management Systems (FMS) and asset management
Experience in customer survey management and Voice of Customer capture
