レポート対応
オフィスサービスに関連する現場サポート
固定資産管理と現場サポート業務
ユーザーリクエスト対応
イベントサポート
車両管理業務
オフィス座席管理(社内ソフト使用)とベンダー対応
FM業務に関するDXを使用した業務改善
その他、保険管理、植栽管理業務などのサポート業務
Client Communications
定期レポートの提出とお客様が期待する改善を提案
お客様にとって有益になる情報の獲得と提供
信頼を獲得するために、必要なActionを構築する
Candidate Specification
Experience
ファシリティ業務または総務業務の経験を2年以上有すること
データ作成を含む事務作業の経験を2年以上有すること
Task Skills
関係者と粘り強く交渉し、良好な関係を築ける方
常に目標と改善を意識し、前向きに取り組むことが出来る方
柔軟な思考を持って、お客様やチームの問題に取り組める方
PCスキル(Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Wordなど)
向上心を持って新しい事を学ぼうと努められる方
英語は必須ではないが、前向きに対応する事が出来ること
IT リテラシーが有り、社内アプリやソフトを使用した自動化の仕組みづくりなど積極的に取り組める方
