We’re looking for a skilled and collaborative Software Engineer to join our client's team in driving digital transformation in enterprise technology. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll apply modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and implementation of best engineering practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Monitor system reliability and troubleshoot production issues.
Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system design and development efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal development standards and external security or audit requirements.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of professional experience in web application development using Django and ReactJS
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Solid experience working with PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with Git for version control
Familiarity with Docker for containerization
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Ability to manage both development and maintenance responsibilities
Passion for leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and organizational transformation
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Business level in both English & Japanese (min. JLPT N2)
