【Daily Life Support & Caregiver for a Small-Scale Group Home】
You will be guiding and assisting residents with mild disabilities so they can live comfortably and achieve greater independence in their daily routines.
Household Support: Helping with day-to-day chores such as setting up pre-cooked meals, tidying up communal spaces, doing laundry, and shopping for daily necessities.
Personal Care & Supervision: Providing gentle assistance with bathing, dressing, utilizing the restroom, checking medications, and accompanying residents to hospital appointments when necessary.
Simple Meal Prep: No advanced culinary skills required! The cooking process is highly streamlined and easy for anyone to handle.
Daily Logging: Writing brief daily updates and progress notes using a user-friendly tablet interface (no complicated paperwork).

○ Qualification Allowances
・Certified Care Worker: ¥10,000/month
・Certified Social Worker: ¥20,000/month
・Certified Psychiatric Social Worker: ¥20,000/month
・Night Shift Allowance: ¥3,000 per shift
・Additional Allowance for Service Improvement (Shogu Kaizen Chosei Teate)
Salary increase: Once a year
Bonuses: Twice a year
Year-end and New Year holiday allowance available
