YouTubeポストプロダクション担当 としてご活躍いただきます。
YouTubeやソーシャルメディア向けに、エンターテイメント性の高いゲームコンテンツ（主にGTA Vのロールプレイング）を制作しています。クライアントは主に、海外のストリーマーの方々です。
編集チームの一員として、生のゲームプレイ映像を魅力的で視聴しやすい動画に仕上げる役割を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容
- 生のゲームプレイ映像から、長編YouTube動画や短編クリップを編集する
- 字幕（日本語または英語）、効果音、簡単なモーショングラフィックを追加する
- 最適なシーンを選定し、退屈な部分をカットし、視聴者の記憶に残るようテンポを調整する
- オーディオレベルの調整、基本的な色補正を行い、必要な形式でエクスポートする
- ディレクター/リードエディターとチャット（Discord/Slackなど）でコミュニケーションを取り、編集ガイドラインに従う
- 合意した期限までに作品を提出し、修正のフィードバックに返信する
You will work as a YouTube Post Production Video Editor.
We create entertaining gaming content for YouTube and social media.
As a member of our editing team, you will be responsible for turning raw gameplay footage into engaging, easy-to-watch videos.
Main responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and short clips from raw gameplay footage
- Add subtitles (Japanese and/or English), sound effects, and simple motion graphics
- Select the best scenes, cut boring parts, and improve pacing for viewer retention
- Adjust audio levels, basic color correction, and export in the required formats
- Communicate with the director/lead editor via chat (Discord/Slack/etc.) and follow editing guidelines
- Submit work by the agreed deadlines and respond to feedback for revisions

You can work from home as long as you have a stable PC and internet connection.

Required
- Able to work 40 hours per week on a regular basis
- Business-level Japanese and English (able to understand and follow written instructions and messages in both)
- Basic to intermediate skill with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Owns a PC that can handle video editing and has a stable internet connection
- Responsible, meets deadlines, and communicates clearly when problems occur
Preferred (nice to have)
- Experience editing YouTube videos, gaming content, or streaming highlights
- Familiarity with GTA V, roleplay servers, or similar games
- Experience adding subtitles, text effects, and sound effects for YouTube
- Knowledge of YouTube basics (thumbnails, titles, retention, etc.)

勤務時間：1日8時間（実働8時間）
休憩時間：60分
勤務日数：週5日（週40時間）
勤務曜日：月〜日から選択（本人希望により決定）
休日：週休2日（希望曜日で取得可）

- Workdays: 5 days/week (40 hours/week)

給与:

- Overtime is not required, but additional hours are possible if the employee wishes and both sides agree
