仕事内容:
Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnose infertility and reproductive endocrine diseases, formulate personalized assisted reproductive treatment plans including IVF, ICSI.
2. Perform standardized reproductive medical operations such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer and related gynecological procedures.
3. Follow up the whole treatment cycle of patients, adjust treatment plans according to physical condition and treatment feedback, and complete standardized medical records.
4. Keep up with international advanced reproductive medical technology, optimize diagnosis and treatment protocols and improve clinical pregnancy rate.
5. Cooperate with nursing and embryology team to carry out multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment, conduct patient follow-up management and reproductive health guidance.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Clinical Medicine, Reproductive Medicine or Obstetrics and Gynecology. Hold valid physician qualification and practicing certificate.
2. Abundant clinical experience in reproductive medicine, proficient in diagnosis and standardized operation of assisted reproductive technology.
3. Familiar with national regulations and ethical norms of assisted reproduction, rigorous and professional medical ethics.
4. Excellent patient communication skills, able to explain treatment plans clearly and patiently.
5. Strong learning ability and teamwork awareness, able to follow industry development and improve clinical medical level continuously.
