仕事内容:
Understanding our company's values, management policies, and the annual business policies and plans of the Buzen Plant, you will perform the following duties based on the Engineering Department's policies and annual plans:
1. Plan maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods for manufacturing equipment,
utilities, and building/ancillary facilities.
2. Conduct regular maintenance work to reduce equipment failures.
3. Promote equipment upgrades and improvements based on departmental policies.
4. Collaborate with relevant internal departments and external manufacturers.
5. Lead detailed investigations into product and process defects, identify root causes, and implement effective preventive measures.
6. Implement equipment and process qualification/verification protocols.
7. Obtain quotations from specialized suppliers for machined and commercial spare parts.
8. Manage inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and equipment.
9. Respond to emergencies, unexpected problems, and repairs.
10. Become familiar with GMP/QMS and engineering-related SOPs, and perform work in accordance with the rules.
11. Improve safety and health policies and procedures.
12. Ensure a continuous monitoring system for machinery and equipment in preparation for malfunctions.
13. Provide technical guidance and training to junior employees and relevant departments.
14. Understand energy consumption and take measures to reduce costs.

8. 保守工具、スペアパーツ、および設備の在庫を管理する。
9. 緊急事態、予期せぬ問題、および修理に対応する。
10. GMP/QMSおよびエンジニアリング関連のSOPを熟知し、規則に従って作業を行う。
11. 安全衛生に関する方針および手順を改善する。
12. 機械設備の故障に備え、継続的な監視システムを確保する。
13. 若手社員および関係部署に対し、技術指導および研修を実施する。
14.エネルギー消費量を把握し、コスト削減策を講じる。
求める人材:
1)必須の研修、専門資格および学歴：
1) Required training, professional registration and education:
High school graduate or above
(National institute of Technology or Technical high school or Engineering university is preferred)
高校卒業以上 (工業高等専門学校、工業系の専門学校、または工学系大学卒業が望ましい）

1. Practical experience in engineering work in the manufacturing industry (3 years or more)
2. Practical experience in either electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or both.
3. Knowledge and experience of GMP/QMS.
4. Specialized knowledge and experience of various equipment and maintenance on production lines.
5. Proficiency in computer operation (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
