We are seeking Native Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representatives who are willing to relocate and work in Malaysia. The role involves supporting customers through phone calls, live chat, and email while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via call, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer experience and maintain service quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders

- Native Japanese speaker with good English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Comfortable working rotational 24/7 shifts
- Degree holder preferred
- Willing to relocate and work in Malaysia
