■業務内容
・顧客の業務データおよびBI／DWH、Data Lake等のデータ利活用・分析プラットフォーム（オンプレミス・クラウド）を対象とした、システムアーキテクチャの現状把握と、移行・整流化方針の設計
・データマイグレーション／データガバナンス導入プロジェクトにおける、担当ワークストリームの推進
・RFI／RFPに対する提案資料の作成リード
・顧客キーパーソン（情報システム部門／業務部門）との要件すり合わせ・合意形成
・意思決定に資する提案・報告資料の作成
・製品導入チーム（開発・データ技術者）と顧客の橋渡し、要件・仕様の翻訳
・既存案件のデリバリー支援に加え、新規案件や追加フェーズに向けた提案活動・プリセールス支援

■About the Company
A global consulting firm with a presence in over 50 countries, supporting major Japanese enterprises in implementing and embedding global-standard data migration and data governance solutions.
■Background
As Japanese enterprises accelerate core system renewal driven by SAP S/4HANA migration, challenges such as fragmented data, inconsistent quality and absent governance have become major barriers to digital transformation. The firm is well established overseas and is now in a full-scale expansion phase in Japan. This role supports clients' data transformation while driving the growth of the Enterprise Data Practice in Japan.
■Why This Role
・Significant autonomy that comes with a launch phase — you will help design how the practice operates in the Japanese market rather than following a fixed template
・Engage with data transformation at major Japanese enterprises from the upstream planning stage, backed by globally proven methodologies
・Build experience in data migration, harmonisation and governance — the most demanding and most marketable area within the data field
■Responsibilities
・Assess current-state system architectures across business data, BI/DWH, data lakes and other data platforms (on-premises and cloud), and design migration and harmonisation strategies
・Lead assigned workstreams within data migration and data governance implementation projects
・Lead the development of proposal materials in response to RFIs and RFPs
・Gather requirements and build consensus with key client stakeholders across IT and business functions
・Develop executive-level proposals and reports supporting business and project decisions
・Act as a bridge between clients and implementation teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
・Support both delivery and business development, including new opportunities, follow-on phases and pre-sales

Tokyo head office (Toranomon) and/or client sites within Tokyo's 23 wards

【必須】
1. 日本語ネイティブ／N1レベル。加えて日本語による職務経歴書のご提出が可能であること（ドキュメンテーション能力を確認するため）
2. 5年程度以上の、業務データおよび業務パッケージ（オンプレミス・クラウド）を含むシステムアーキテクチャの設計経験
3. 3年程度以上の、コンサルタントとして顧客向け資料（提案・報告・意思決定資料等）を作成した経験
4. RFI／RFPに対する提案資料の作成をリードした経験
5. 以下いずれかのファンデーション級資格の保有、または同等のデータ基盤系実務経験
・Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
・Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate
・SnowPro Associate: Platform
・Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0-071)
6. 以下いずれかの実務経験
データマイグレーション／データモダナイゼーション／データガバナンス／データマネジメント
【歓迎】
・PM／PMOとしてのプロジェクト推進経験
・英語での実務経験（海外プロダクトチーム／グローバル拠点との連携を想定）
・SAP（S/4HANA移行、ECC等）関連プロジェクトの経験
・守秘配慮済みのポートフォリオのご提出

【Required】
1. Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 equivalent. A Japanese-language resume is required and will be used to assess documentation and written communication skills.
2. Approx. 5+ years of experience in system architecture design, including business data systems and enterprise application packages across on-premises and cloud environments
3. Approx. 3+ years of consulting experience creating client-facing materials such as proposals, reports and decision-making documents
4. Experience leading the development of proposal documents in response to RFIs and RFPs
5. One of the following foundation-level certifications, or equivalent hands-on data platform experience:
・Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
・Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate
・SnowPro Associate: Platform
・Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate (1Z0-071)
6. Practical experience in at least one of: data migration, data modernization, data governance, or data management
【Preferred】
・Experience as a PM or within a PMO
・Professional experience working in English, including collaboration with overseas product teams and global offices
・Experience in SAP-related projects (S/4HANA migration, ECC etc.)
・Ability to provide a portfolio of past deliverables with confidential information redacted
