Job Description
We are now looking for a bilingual (JA and EN) project manager. This role is extremely varied and may include the management of projects covering all kinds of media, from video to print, presentations to magazine articles. The project manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of the project, from client communications to budget, ideation (with the creative team) to quality control.
The charm of this job
You would be working in an extremely diverse environment, with 11 nationalities, colleagues from age 20 to 50, at least two of whom have pink hair. Exceptionally good work environment - 100% of full-time employees report high job satisfaction. Leadership coaching available (via coachhub) for high-potential employees. Exceptionally flexible working - can work from home up to three days a week, can work overseas for up to one month per year etc. Split shifts are also possible. We would also consider part-timers, that is, working less than 8 hours per day.

Wild Tame (https://wildta.me) is a boutique creative agency and video production house based in central Tokyo. Our international team (11 nationalities) has grown from two to 20 over the past four years as we find ourselves in the right place at the right time, with many Japanese corporations needing professional support with their international PR/communications to help them become truly 'global', and many overseas companies need production support in Japan.
We are continuing to grow, building our team of talented creatives, with a start-up mindset. Our founding philosophy positions the company as a vehicle for the individuals that make up our creative team to learn, grow and explore their passions, providing one another with inspiration and encouragement - which naturally results in project outcomes that delight our clients (large Japanese/international corporations).
