Technical Product Manager opportunity with a fast-growing digital platform business that enables large-scale online communities and subscription-based services. The organization operates technology products used by a broad user base and is focused on scaling its platform, product capabilities, and global potential.
In this role, you will own the connection between product strategy and technical execution. Working closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and external partners, you will help define product direction, shape roadmaps, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive the delivery of high-quality features that improve the user experience and support continued growth.

As the platform scales from its current stage to the next phase of growth, you will play a key role in product decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term strategy while helping build a product used by a rapidly expanding customer base.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have experience in product management for web or mobile services, can work effectively with engineering teams, and are comfortable communicating in native-level Japanese and business-level English. Experience in PM, PdM, or TPdM roles, along with knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, or data-driven decision making, will be highly valued.

- Product management experience for web services or mobile applications
- Ability to work closely with engineers or prior engineering experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Business-level Japanese
- Business-level English
Preferred (nice-to-have) skills include:
- PM / PdM / TPdM experience
- Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps familiarity
- Data analysis / BI tools knowledge
