JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee operations and maintain service standards of the Culturist department
- Build strong relationships with guests, including VIPs and repeat guests
- Recommend and arrange cultural, dining, and local experiences
- Develop partnerships with external service providers
- Handle complaints and drive service recovery and improvements
- Analyze guest feedback and continuously improve service quality
- To be expert in local culture and heritage, provides flawless and luxury personalized service to all guests
- Responsible for the upkeep of the Capella Living Room

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of work experience in the accommodation department at luxury hotel
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (Speaking and writing)
- Good understanding of Kyoto and its local offerings
- Diploma of college or university preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with personable character, good at cultivating strong guest relations
- Knowledge in Property Management System (e.g. OPERA). Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Preferred: Experience in pre-opening a luxury hotel. Concierge experience is of advantage
- Other: Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills

- 京都に関する知識を有する方
- ホテル・ホスピタリティマネジメントの学位が望ましい
- 親しみやすい性格、優れた対人スキルがあり、ゲストと良好な関係を築ける方
- プロパティマネジメントシステム（例：OPERA）に関する知識。コンピュータスキル（例：Microsoft Office）
- 歓迎：ラグジュアリーホテルでの開業経験、コンシェルジュ経験
- その他：チームワークを重んじることができる方で人
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role in luxury hotels/resorts in Kyoto
- Membership in Les Clefs d'Or or Japan Concierge Association is an advantage
