Overview
We are currently seeking a Bar Manager for the Bulgari Ginza Bar, located on the 10th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall bar operations management
- Team and people management
- Development of new beverages and menu items
- Cost control and inventory management
Employment Type
- Full-time employee
Contract employment may also be considered
Salary
- Annual salary: From JPY 6,000,000
Final compensation will be determined based on skills and experience
Working Hours
- 8 hours per day (60-minute break)
- Monthly variable working hours system (shift-based schedule)
