【主な業務内容】
- マーケティング素材・商品パッケージ・販促物・店頭POP・Webバナー・SNSコンテンツなどのグラフィックデザイン制作
- ブランドのビジュアルアイデンティティを一貫して保持するデザイン管理
- Webサイト・ECプラットフォーム・SNS向けデジタルアセット・キャンペーン広告・メールマーケティング・販促物のデザインの制作・最適化
- オンライン・オフラインのビジュアル要素の統一性を維持
- 商品ページ・バナー・広告素材・キャンペーンビジュアル等のデジタルデザイン制作および最適化
- グローバルブランドのビジュアルおよびコンテンツの日本市場向けローカライゼーション
- SNS・広告・EC施策向けの動画編集・モーションコンテンツの制作
- Eコマースチーム・マーケティングチームおよびグローバルチームとの連携によるクリエイティブ制作・改善
- デザインパフォーマンス（CVR・CTR等）を踏まえたクリエイティブ改善
- WEBサイトの構築と管理・商品登録・コラボレーション・レポート業務
- その他、会社が必要と認める関連業務

【Main Responsibilities】
- Create graphics for marketing collateral, product packaging, promotional materials, in-store signage, website banners, and social media content
- Maintain brand visual identity consistency across all materials
- Design and optimize digital assets for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social channels, campaigns, advertisements, email marketing, and promotional activities
- Ensure cohesion between online and offline visual elements
- Produce and optimize digital designs including product pages, banners, ad creatives, and campaign visuals
- Localize global brand visuals and content for the Japanese market
- Create video edits and motion content for social media, advertising, and e-commerce campaigns
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team, marketing team, and global teams on creative production and improvement
- Refine creatives based on design performance metrics such as CVR and CTR
- Support website building and management, product listing, collaboration workflows, and reporting tasks
- Handle other related duties as required by the company

【必須条件】
- 職務経験：1年以上
- Adobe Photoshop・Illustratorなど、Adobe Creative Suiteの実務経験
- Figmaの実務経験
- HTML・CSSの基礎知識があり、簡単なフロントエンド調整ができること
- デザイン・コンテンツ制作・クリエイティブワークフローの支援にAIツールを活用した経験
- クライアントと直接かつプロフェッショナルにコミュニケーションを取り、そのニーズやフィードバックをクリエイティブなソリューションへ落とし込む力
- 英語レベル：ビジネス会話レベル以上
- 日本語レベル：ビジネス会話レベル以上
- 最終学歴：大学卒（学士号）
- 就労ビザ：日本での就労許可が必須

- 簡単な動画編集・モーショングラフィックス制作の経験

【勤務条件】
- 雇用形態：正社員（無期雇用）
- 試用期間：6ヶ月（試用期間中は有期契約）
- 勤務地：東京都23区（一部リモート勤務可）
- 勤務時間：9:00〜18:00（フレックスタイム制）
- 休日：土日祝、年末年始、5月1日（メーデー）、お盆休み（8月に1日分）
- 給与：450～650万円(経験・スキルに応じて応相談)

【Requirements】
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Figma
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make simple front-end adjustments
- Experience using AI tools to support design, content creation, and creative workflows
- Ability to communicate directly and professionally with clients and translate their needs and feedback into creative solutions
- Business-level English proficiency or above
- Business-level Japanese proficiency or above
- Bachelor's degree
- Japan work permit required
【Nice to Have】
- Experience working with global brands or in the retail/e-commerce industry
- Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics production
- Experience working in English (e.g., collaborating with overseas teams)

【Work Conditions】
- Employment Type：Full-time, permanent
- Probation Period：6 months (fixed-term employment contract during probation period)
- Location：Tokyo, Japan (23 wards) — office-based with hybrid flexibility depending on business needs
- Working Hours：9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible working hours system)
- Holidays：Saturdays & Sundays, Japanese National Holidays, Year-End/New Year Holidays, Labour Day (May 1), Obon holiday (one day in August)
- Salary：￥4.5~6.5 million (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
