Customer window about quality topics

Cockpit charts – monitoring of Bosch-performance (quality, costs, special/customer KPIs,...)

Initiate & coordinate quality projects with OEM (e.g. 3MIS S&C reduction….)

Negotiation of warranty reimbursements (e.g. commercial agreement), „service actions“ payments & recalls, support commercial handling of warranty costs

Support of general / non project specific customer requirements

Coordinate Global Quality team
