To support this mission, we are looking to expand our engineering team, structured with a candidate for Engineering Manager (EM) leading 5-7 full-stack engineers. It will be a challenging, fast-paced environment that requires a passion for business development. ▼Challenges of the Role ・Market Environment: While leveraging the trusted Meiji brand, you will need to implement new value propositions with the agility of a startup. ・Unique Factors: Build optimal cross-brand collaboration from the ground up. Hypothesize and accelerate development to maximize value. Manage and integrate multiple vendors/partner companies efficiently. ▼Team Structure CTO (International) Tech Lead (International) Full-Stack Engineers: 10 (6 contractors) ▼Responsibilities ・Conduct regular 1-on-1s with the engineering team, identify and resolve project bottlenecks, provide guidance and feedback. ・Develop Sprint plans, considering team constraints (resources and quality). ・Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and prioritize among requirement aligning with business strategy Improve engineering organization and establish effective evaluation metrics. *You won’t be responsible for everything.
